Villa Splendore Goa
Our holiday Villa in Betalbatim, South Goa, nestled between Majorda and Colva, is 20 kms (35 mins drive) from Dabolim Airport and 10 kms from Margao (25 mins drive). Betalbatim is an oasis, away from the hustle-bustle of tourists, and is endowed with its share of pristine, uncrowded beaches (Betalbatim, Lovers and Sunset), where you can relax and watch the sun go down. Betalbatim is the home of the famous Martin’s Corner and shares the neighbourhood with Alila Diwa Goa.
Villa Splendore Goa is located a stone’s throw away from Betalbatim Church and midway between Martin’s Corner and Nanu Resorts in Betalbatim. The Villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood, just off the main road running from Majorda to Colva. While Majorda lies 5 mins to the North, Colva is a 10 mins drive South from the Villa. The Villa is a 10-minute walk from the quiet, wooded Lovers Beach, where you can experience breathtaking sunsets. You can walk the beaches towards Majorda or Colva, where you can enjoy a range of water sports
The Villa is beautifully furnished with a blooming garden. The Villa has 5 well-appointed bedrooms with attached baths. The Ground Floor has 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a fully furnished kitchen and a sit-out overlooking the garden. The First floor has 3 bedrooms, a living room and a covered terrace where you can sit and enjoy the evenings. The Villa is surrounded by 5,000 sq. ft. of blooming garden, with a Gazebo
Each bedroom has a double bed. We can provide an additional bed in 4 bedrooms at extra charge, thereby accommodating a maximum of 14 Guests at a time.
The Villa has a fully furnished kitchen where you can try out your culinary skills. If you do not want to cook yourself, a cook can be arranged by the housekeeper, subject to availability. There are also a host of eating options around the Villa for you to dine in, or you can always “Swiggy”. There are many grocery and vegetable shops within easy distance of the Villa. The housekeeper visits the Villa daily for cleaning.
We endeavour to rent the Villa to only one Group at a time so that every Group that stays at the Villa has exclusivity and privacy during their stay. Families and working professionals are preferred.
You are now accepting bookings for a minimum of 2 bedrooms for at least 2 nights.

We lived here for 10 nights and the place is fantastic. It’s a plug and play space, unpack into the cupboards and you’re good to go. The caretaker is really sweet and gets things sorted in no time. The cook will treat you to the local cuisine and is extremely reasonable. Would love to live here, not just on vacation.
An awesome place with beautifull getaway beaches with lovely views close by. We were group of 5 families with kids and we were planning for a peacefull staycation place. Were we could enjoy the views of beautiful beaches, awesome shacks and come back home for a family get-together. Villa Splendore it is. A loud shout out to all the Splendore family, were we all enjoyed the delicacies of home cooked & Nostalgic Goan cuisine by Mrs Precila our local cook and an humble caretaker Mrs Loraine, what a lovely ambience with all the comforts around.Very well maintained cleaned and hygienic interior and a very we'll planed landscaping with beautiful plantations around the property. A big thanks to Mr Rajnish Kumar Singh(Owner) whose efforts and a warm welcoming gesture made this trip a memorable one. We had a blast...!!
Never ending positive vibes and awesome memories is what we all have now...Looking forward to visit back again soon!!

Cook Mrs.Precila is also amazing .. she served us authentic Goan food ..
Even they extended our stay for some hours without charging extra money as our bus was bit late .
